If you do not agree, do not use the Services. These ToS apply to all users, including Panel owners, administrators, and affiliates.


2. Description of Services

PanelAssist provides a SaaS platform that enables Panel owners to:

  • Integrate an AI chatbot into their systems.

  • Manage user accounts, orders, tickets, and payments via API.

  • Access administrative tools at bot.panelassist.com.
    Users must create an account and pay a subscription fee to use the Services.


3. User Obligations

a. Account Responsibility

  • Provide accurate information during registration and update it as needed.

  • Maintain account security; you are liable for all activities under your account.

b. Acceptable Use

  • Use the Services lawfully and ethically.

  • Do not engage in fraud, spam, hacking, or unauthorized API access.

  • Comply with all applicable laws (e.g., data protection, intellectual property).

c. API Compliance

  • Ensure your systems integrate securely with PanelAssist’s API.

  • You are responsible for any actions taken via your API credentials.


4. Data Collection & Use

a. Types of Data Collected via API

  • User Data: Names, emails, usernames.

  • Order Data: Transaction details, service requests.

  • Ticket Data: Support inquiries and resolutions.

  • Payment Data: Billing history, subscription status (processed by third-party gateways).

b. Purpose of Data Use

  • To deliver, maintain, and improve Services.

  • To process cancellations/refills per user requests.

  • For customer support and legal compliance.

c. Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy details data practices. By using the Services, you consent to these practices.


5. API Modifications

PanelAssist may access and modify your data via API to:

  • Cancel or refill orders upon your request.

  • Resolve technical or compliance issues.


6. Payments & Billing

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

  • Payments are processed via third-party gateways; PanelAssist is not liable for gateway errors.

  • Failure to pay may result in suspended or terminated access.


7. Termination

  • By You: Cancel via your account dashboard.

  • By Us: For breaches of ToS, non-payment, or illegal activity.

  • Upon termination, access to data ceases, and we may retain or delete data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.


8. Disclaimers

  • Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.

  • We are not responsible for outcomes of AI chatbot interactions or third-party services.


9. Limitation of Liability

PanelAssist is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding one month.


10. Changes to Terms

We may update these ToS at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users via email or dashboard alerts.
